We’ve learned to hold on. What we really need are the tools to let go.

No one should have to face letting go alone. I’ve been there, and I’ll walk beside you.

About Me

Hi, I'm Stacey.

I began my work in the world of moving.

Through my company, Annestasis, I’ve helped corporate leaders, professional sports teams, and empty nesters alike—packing homes, downsizing estates, and guiding families through the physical and emotional weight of relocation.

What I quickly learned is that a move is never just about boxes. It’s about memories, grief, relief, and the hard choices no one wants to make alone. That realization shaped everything I do today.

My work goes beyond traditional organizing. Now I help people “right-size” through my speaking, talks, and workshops—so they can release with compassion, keep what matters most, and step into the next chapter with clarity.
